Finding any pen that is stickered and retaining the tags is a scarce and uncommon find.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, teeth marks, or repairs. The original tags still are remaining and in excellent condition. The barrel has a perfect imprint that reads, \"W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co. Fort Madison, Iowa U.S.A. Made in U.S.A. 875\". There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. I have not touched the fountain pen to buff or polish it - the lever filling system is in perfect working order and is factory. There is no brassing or wear to the gold-filled clip or cap banding. This Sheaffer Sovereign II measures 5 1\/8\" in length capped and 5 3\/4\" posted. The Sheaffer Burgundy Pencil is in Mint Condition as well. The Pencil measures 4 7\/8\" inches in length.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 14K Two-Tone \"79\" Sheaffer Triumph NIB is designated as a Fine Nib and retains the \"Fine\" Nib sticker on the barrel. The point measures roughly .52mm when measured with digital calipers. I have not written with this Nib - I wanted to keep this Fountain Pen in New Old Stock, Mint Condition for the new collector that acquires this one.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Lever filling system has been tested for functionality - I have tested the filling mechanism with water and fills as it should. The filling system has perfect suction and works flawlessly. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Sheaffer Pencil works flawlessly. One would twist the cap to propel the lead and turn the opposite way to retract the lead back into the barrel. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe set comes with the original Sheaffer Box. It is in good condition but shows some staining.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Sheaffer Sovereign II Fountain Pen \u0026amp; Pencil Set is almost unheard of finding in this condition with original sticker and tag with it never being used.
