SCARCE CIRCA 1941 EVERSHARP SKYLINE STAINLESS REPEATER PENCIL

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this very rare Circa 1941 Eversharp Skyline Repeater Pencil in working condition with a Stainless Cap. 

NOTE: In the Eversharp Skyline series, the stainless steel-trimmed examples command higher prices than the Command Performance solid 14K gold types. It’s one of those rare instances in which the collector value of a non-precious variant eclipses the intrinsic value of its precious metal cousin. This one also has the stainless clip and trim ring which is markedly rarer yet - more often they are found with the gold-filled trim.

The pencil has an injector or repeater mechanism - push the top of the cap down and lead will feed forward. The mechanism works to dispense the lead every time and is in working condition. This pencil takes 1.1mm leads and one stick is in the chamber. 

The pencil displays no dings, dents, cracks, chips, or repairs. The trim ring of the pencil is stamped with, "EVERSHARP, INC PAT. MADE IN U.S.A.". The clip has the "Double Check" marks and EVERSHARP is stamped in the clip. There are no personalizations or monograms on this pencil. 

This pencil measures 5 1/8" inches in length. This pencil is in Excellent Condition and a rare specimen to add to your writing arsenal collection!
