This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together and is now in wonderful writing condition. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe nib is a 2668 which is known to be a \"general writing\" nib. The line variation ranges from a fine line (.57mm) to a medium line (.65mm). The nib writes very smoothly.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eA new rubber sac was installed. The cap is always securing to the barrel. No personalizations or monograms. The imprint is clean - it reads, \"ESTERBROOK MADE IN USA\".\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFully restored with excellent function. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe Transitional \"J\" Model is the largest size in this series of Esterbrooks and has a Flat end on the barrel.
