I consider this pen in Mint Condition and New Old Stock in its original box.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis Sheaffer pen is based on the Prelude model and has the ruby red lacquered finish cap and a 23K gold electroplated barrel with fluted lines and a custom engraved snowflake pattern, accented with 23K electroplated gold and fitted with a two-tone stainless steel Fine nib. The cap band is detailed with the vintage \"Sheaffer's\" logo and \"USA\" with a white pearled jewel fitted into the end cap. There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. This Sheaffer Pen measures 5 1\/4\" inches in length capped and 6\" inches posted. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe NIB has a fine point, .54mm when I measured using a digital caliper. This pen can be used with ink cartridges (2 are included) or the accompanying piston ink converter as seen in the image.
