Replaced the old ply sac with a new sac. Hand polished the Gold Filled Clip, Cap Band and 14K NIB. Polished the barrel and cap to bring back the bright brushed stainless finish.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eThis fountain pen barrel and cap are made from stainless steel and display no dings or dents. The cap is stamped with Parker and Made In U.S.A. The barrel is stamped Made in U.S.A. with date code 50. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eThe Aerometric Filling System works wonderfully; 3 to 4 presses and fills completely. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eThere are no monograms on the barrel. This Parker 51 measures 5 3\/8\" in length capped and 6\" posted. The 14K Parker NIB has a Medium point measuring roughly .74mm, measured with digital calipers. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eWhen writing a sample the NIB writes with a medium line and very smoothly. The writing sample provided was done with the actual pen in the images that is listed for sale. I have tested the filling mechanism with water and fills as it should.
